The place where my best ideas and dreams come to life. It’s where I map out new ways to elevate the client experience at Deeply Rooted and reimagine the lifestyle balance for our stylists.

My passion for this change comes from personal experience. As a stylist who worked tirelessly to save and open my own salon, I saw firsthand how unsustainable practices limit growth and creativity. I realized that building a salon should be about more than just hair! It should be about fostering an environment where artists can thrive, and clients can feel at ease.

My goal is to change the industry from the inside out. I want to inspire other salon owners to adopt sustainable, supportive models that prioritize artists’ well-being and clients’ trust.

This journey is only the beginning, and I am excited about the future we’re building! One where stylists feel empowered to succeed, and clients leave not just looking good, but feeling truly cared for.
